Join us for a scenic and peaceful Drina Kayaking Tour, the perfect outdoor experience for nature lovers looking to explore Serbia from the water.
The adventure begins in Bajina Bašta, where you’ll meet our local kayaking instructors at a pre-arranged location. After a short safety briefing and equipment check, we head straight to the launch point below Lake Perućac—where the emerald waters of the Drina River begin their winding journey.
From there, we begin a 3 to 4-hour guided kayaking tour, moving downstream through lush forested landscapes and calm waters. The duration of the tour depends on the natural flow and speed of the Drina River, which varies daily—making each tour a little different.
Along the way, we stop at a beautiful spot on the Rača River, a small tributary that merges with the Drina. Here we take our longest break—perfect for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying a refreshing drink in a peaceful natural setting.
The highlight of the route comes near the end: paddling past the iconic House on the Drina River—one of the most photographed landmarks in Serbia. Floating gently past this unique wooden cabin perched on a rock is an unforgettable moment and a perfect photo opportunity.
