If the tour begins in Užice, your first stop is the Kadinjača Memorial Complex, a powerful WWII monument perched on a hill between Užice and Bajina Bašta, offering stunning views and a deep sense of history. If you’re departing from Zlatibor or Mokra Gora, the tour begins instead at the peaceful Rača Monastery, where post-Byzantine frescoes blend with Western artistic influences in a church surrounded by lush greenery.

We then head to one of Serbia’s most photographed landmarks—the House on the Drina River, perched on a rock in the middle of the water. After a coffee break with a postcard-perfect view, we visit the shortest river in Europe, the River Year, which flows only 365 meters before joining the Drina. A scenic walk leads us to the spring and waterfall that feed the river, with the possibility for a refreshing swim in the emerald waters during warmer days.

Our journey continues into Tara National Park, where we visit the legendary Banjska Stena Viewpoint—famous for its panoramic views of Perućac Lake and the vast Drina Canyon, the third deepest canyon in the world.
